Work closely with the agency sales channel and provide prompt, effective support. Assist in the creation of sales opportunities, monitor the sales activities, and be the intermediary to all agency support functions. Build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel. Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports. Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within the cluster. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Collaborate closely with the Agency Supervisor and Management to provide proactive and strategic support to the agency sales channel. Take a leading role in identifying, developing, and implementing sales opportunities and initiatives to drive agency productivity and growth. Contribute to building and strengthening an effective, high- performing Agency Distribution Channel. Work in partnership with the recruitment team to lead and support agent recruitment and manpower growth within the cluster. Mentor and guide junior team members and agency staff to foster development and knowledge sharing.
Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising, promotional activities, and events across different channels, and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Preparing press releases and publicity materials, and attending press events. Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers and to retain existing customers. Event planning, organization, and execution for all events and roadshows. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Develop new business partnerships and business opportunities through tie-ups and affinity marketing. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Handle insurance policy processing and administration tasks. Assist in handling the customer inquiry process. Support claim processing and follow-up. Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records. Support daily operations to the related department. Handle documentation, filing, and policy administration tasks. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
