  • Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising promotional activities, and events across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Preparing press releases and publicity materials, and attending press events.
  • Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers and to retain existing customers.
  • Event planning, organization, and execution for all events and roadshows.
  • Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Develop new business partnerships and business opportunities through tie-ups and affinity marketing.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

  • Degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and experience in Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficient in both English and Burmese (both written and spoken).
