Our Head Office is based in Yangon. The Mandalay Branch Office has been extended to cover the middle parts of the country. Our warehouse is located at East Dagon and managed in good practices to ensure the goods are stored and maintained from any damage throughout the supply chain process and properly delivered to the end users.

Position Overview The Quality Assurance Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. This role leads ISO certification and recertification processes, coordinates internal and external audits, manages corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The position works independently without being assigned under any specific department and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure quality system effectiveness, operational discipline, and risk control. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Manage and supervise the overall ISO Quality Management System (QMS). Lead ISO certification and recertification processes. Develop, update, and implement quality policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage internal audits (planning, scheduling, reporting). Coordinate external audits with certification bodies. Ensure non-conformities (NCs) are resolved and corrective actions (CAPA) are properly implemented. Maintain communication with department leaders regarding QMS compliance. Conduct management review meetings and report QMS performance. Ensure proper document control and record management. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Must be able to work independently without being placed under any specific team, and process strong coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross – functional teams. Assist in planning and coordinating daily service activities, installations, and preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor service call assignments, response times, and job completion. Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and escalations. Ensure proper availability and usage of tools, spare parts, and service resources. Position Overview Oversee end-to-end warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery performance. Lead process optimization, system improvement, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth. Warehouse Operation Management Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, damage process and dispatching. Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and product integrity throughout the warehouse process. Implement and monitor SOPs aligned with ISO 9001 and company audit standards. Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and system reconciliation. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
