• Ensure procurement activities and project materials are delivered according to schedule.
• Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Prepare and review meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence.
• Communicates with the Operations team to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Support defect verification, project handover, and liability assessment processes.
• Monitor project expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination, preferably within commercial renovation projects such as
restaurants, hotels, hospitals, banks, retail outlets, or office facilities.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of document control, record management, and project administration.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk-management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor project schedules, procurement activities, and project
documentation effectively.
