Supervise operation and maintenance of boilers, compressors, and other utility systems. Monitor, control, and optimize boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of production (PRD) machines and related equipment. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to reduce production downtime. Lead, train, and supervise engineering and maintenance staff. Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and ensure compliance with ISO/safety standards. Coordinate with production and QA teams to support smooth operations and process improvements.
