1. IT Asset & Inventory Management (ERP & CMDB)

• ERP Master Data: Create, classify, and maintain IT fixed asset master data within the company ERP system.
• Receiving & Logging: Process purchase receipts (GRNs) in the ERP for all incoming IT hardware and software, matching POs against physical delivery.
• Lifecycle Tracking: Maintain the CMDB/asset tracker from tagging, allocation, and maintenance through to secure disposal.
• Stock Audits: Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and maintain safety stock for onboarding and hardware replacements.

2. Document Control & Vendor Administration

• Documentation: Own and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base entries, and operational checklists.
• Renewals & Licenses: Track software licenses, enterprise warranties, and vendor contracts to prevent coverage gaps.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the main administrative point of contact for hardware vendors and ISPs; reconcile vendor invoices with Finance.
• Audit Support: Collect and organize IT records for internal/external compliance audits.

Technical & System Competencies

• ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating asset master records and receiving goods within enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, NetSuite).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret server, networking, and laptop hardware specifications to ensure correct asset categorization and procurement.
• ITSM / Asset Tools: Experience with asset tracking platforms (e.g., Snipe-IT, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Software Licensing: Understanding of commercial licensing models (SaaS, per-core, OEM, volume licensing).

• Experience: 3–5 years in IT administration, IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT operations support.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills: High attention to detail, structured record-keeping, advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Certifications (Optional): ITIL v4 Foundation or IAITAM certification.
