  • Inspect the quality and freshness of incoming fruits and vegetables.
  • Monitor the processing, washing, cutting, sorting and packaging processes.
  • Ensure products meet company quality, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections at different stages of production.
  • Identify and report defective, damaged or contaminated products.
  • Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in food or fresh produce processing.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
  • Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP and food quality standards.
  • Good observation, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare quality control reports.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with production teams.
