Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of the corporate office and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment. Facility Administration: Oversee the maintenance of corporate offices and distribution centers, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are strictly enforced. Job Summary: The HR & Admin Manager oversees all human resources and administrative functions across both the corporate office and remote agricultural sites/farms. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing seasonal and permanent workforces, ensuring compliance with labor and safety regulations, and maintaining efficient administrative operations across all company facilities. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate staff, farm managers, and seasonal/contract agricultural workers. Workforce Planning: Coordinate with farm operations to anticipate seasonal labor demands and ensure adequate staffing during peak harvesting or planting seasons. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and site workers. Resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment across dispersed farm locations. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of standard salaries, daily wages, and piece-rate compensation for field workers. Training & Development: Implement training programs focused on agricultural best practices, equipment operation, and workplace safety. Health & Safety (HSE): Enforce occupational health and safety standards specific to agriculture (e.g., safe handling of chemicals/fertilizers, machinery safety, and heat stress prevention). From creative writing to straightforward announcements depending on the requirements such as social media posts, video scripts, radio scripts, BTL materials, website articles (case to case basis), app copy, spiels, direct mailers, etc. Proofread and safeguard work from errors according to Brand Guidelines and project specification. Collaborate with team mates specially with the partner Art Director. Coordinate closely with subordinates, Accounts and/or Strat Teams and superiors for clarifications, timelines, guidelines, etc. Come up with initiatives that will bring in not just recognition but more business for the company and the client. Present ideas and works internally and externally. Attend and participate in briefings (internal & external), meetings, brainstorming sessions. Attend, observe, manage (if needed) voice recording sessions and other pre- and post- production activities. Must be able to speak, write and read in English and Burmese. Must be able to translate Burmese to English (vice versa), in an advance level. (considering the intricacies and complexities of the Burmese written and spoken Language).

Controlling and monitoring the motor vehicles by daily and Overseeing Vehicle Insurance & License renewal Plan Management. Supervising, monitoring and supporting the day-to-day MV operations of the administrative department and other functions. Reviewing and controlling the monthly fuel consumption of motor vehicles and generators of the nationwide branches. Supervising preventive maintenance of motor vehicles, E-bikes and elevators (passenger lift) and planning and arranging the replacement promptly. Developing, reviewing, and monitoring administrative systems, policies and procedures. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Good analytical skills and presentation of the motor vehicles management report to the BODs.
