  • Coordinate with Departmental Managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Source potential candidates through online/offline channels
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practise meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
  • Ensure all new employee administration requirements and preparation is complete
  • Manage, co-ordinate with on-boarding process

  • Good computer skills (Internet, email, MS Office applications, etc.,)
