𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Prepare and review ACMV/Mechanical system designs, drawings, and calculations. Revise designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, and project managers. Select appropriate equipment and materials for projects. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional engineering teams. Attend site meetings and resolve technical or design issues. Ensure designs comply with codes, safety standards, and regulations. Verify accuracy of drawings, technical documents, and calculations. Present proposals or updates directly to clients. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility. Support junior staff and project teams with technical guidance Prepare daily updates and documentation as required by APM/SPM. Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Learning & Development Executive will manage people development activities by analyzing, designing, and implementing corporate, leadership, talent, succession, and functional programs. This role also involves designing assessment tools and evaluating overall PME people efficiency to support PME’s people strategy and organizational needs. Responsibilities Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to prepare the Annual Training Plan. Analyze and design Corporate, Leadership, and Functional training programs. Consult with Business Units and Technical Training teams to ensure the best fit for the Annual Training Plan. Develop and coordinate internal and external training programs according to the Annual Training Plan. Facilitate classroom and online training sessions and other training activities. Assess and follow up on overall training effectiveness using evaluation results. Maintain accurate training records and documentation in line with ISO standards for audit readiness. Manage and facilitate new employee orientation programs (online/offline). Present summaries of training activities and reports during monthly and functional meetings. Assist in promoting a learning culture through internal communications, announcements, and event coordination.
