This role also involves designing assessment tools and evaluating overall PME people efficiency to support PME’s people strategy and organizational needs. Responsibilities Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to prepare the Annual Training Plan. Analyze and design Corporate, Leadership, and Functional training programs. Consult with Business Units and Technical Training teams to ensure the best fit for the Annual Training Plan. Develop and coordinate internal and external training programs according to the Annual Training Plan. Facilitate classroom and online training sessions and other training activities.
