1. Project Sales Operations

  • Follow up on assigned projects and maintain consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings with clients, stakeholders, and relevant departments.
  • Collect customer orders for invoice preparation and ensure timely stock arrangement and order confirmation for project sales.
  • Check and confirm delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
  • Provide necessary data for quotations, contracts, and drawings to Sales Admin and Survey Engineers.
  • Negotiate installation schedules and technical matters with the Service (SVC) team.

2. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile and submit project-related reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Monitor market demand, analyze sales trends, and track the brand situation.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market movements.
  • Generate timely sales reports for management and stakeholders.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with both existing and new customers through meetings, calls, emails, and site visits.
  • Provide and share product knowledge and technical solutions with owners, customers, and clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns by offering accurate product information and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with departments such as marketing, finance, service, and logistics to ensure sales objectives and project timelines are met.
  • Support and lead the internal team to meet assigned targets and timelines.
  • Provide project updates to upper management, highlighting progress, delays, or risks.

6. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue, profit, and growth targets as defined by management.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously work to improve the sales process and customer experience.

7. Quotation Preparation & Submission

  • Lead the identification and evaluation of high-value tender opportunities through comprehensive market scanning and newspaper monitoring
  • Oversee the preparation of complex, high-value quotations and ensure full compliance with technical and commercial requirements
  • Authorize and manage the processing of security deposits (typically 10% of contract value) and PO cheque transactions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the tender management process for both government and local.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, project sales, or sales coordination.

  • Basic understanding of project sales processes, quotations, and tender submission.

  • Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and project documentation.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).

  • Target-oriented and able to support the team in achieving sales goals.
