Key Responsibilities Handle daily customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Coordinate import/export shipments with operations and sales team. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, and delivery orders. Negotiate rates with clients and coordinate with operations/procurement teams to secure capacity. Coordinate with customs clearance, warehouse, and transport teams. Ensure accurate data entry into the logistics system. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shipping regulations. Support sales team in quotation follow-up and customer retention activities.
