• တာ၀န်ချပေးထားသော နယ်မြေအသီးသီး၏ Sale Invoices များကိုစာရင်းသွင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရခြင်း, ကြွေးကျန်စစ်ခြင်းနှင့် အရောင်းပြန်စစ်ခြင်း
• Sample စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း
• Stock Checking period အတွင်း Stock စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း (On the Ground)
• Cash Received များစာရင်းသွင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း     
• Banking ပိုင်း လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ အချို့အား ဆောင်ရွက်ရခြင်း  (Bank Statement များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့်နယ်များသို့ လစာသွားလွှဲခြင်း)
• Odoo System အတွက် Customer Account Update Creation လုပ်ဆောင်ရခြင်း
• ဆက်နွယ်နေသော Department အသီးသီးနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• လစာလုပ်ဆောင်သည့် Procedures များတွင်လည်း လိုအပ်သည်များကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း
• အထက်ပါတာဝန်များမှအပ အခြားသော Assigned တာဝန်အသီးသီးများရှိလျှင်လည်း ပြီးမြောက်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း

English Version

• Record and process sales invoices for assigned territories.
• Monitor and reconcile outstanding receivables, and verify sales return transactions.
• Record and maintain sample inventory and distribution records.
• Conduct physical stock verification during scheduled stock checking periods (on-site).
• Record and process cash receipts accurately.
• Support banking-related operations, including reviewing bank statements and processing salary transfers to branch locations.
• Create and update customer accounts in the Odoo ERP system.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with payroll-related procedures and provide support as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

• B.Com/ LCCI/ ACCA  ဘွဲ့/လက်မှတ်ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Accounting Software များအသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး Data Entry လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• တက်ကြွမှုရှိပြီး၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်လှုံ့ဆော်နိုင်စွမ်း (Self-motivated) ကောင်းမွန်ကာ တာဝန်ယူစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မတ်ပြီး အလုပ်ကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

English Version

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce (B.Com), or holders of LCCI or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
• Proficient in using accounting software and capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all assigned tasks.
