Client Management & Growth

• Manage day-to-day client communication, requests, feedback, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Build strong client relationships and develop a clear understanding of their brand, business, audiences, and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to add value and support account growth.

Project & Account Management

• Manage projects from brief through execution, production, and final delivery.
• Develop clear creative, strategy, media, and production briefs.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, scopes, approvals, resources, suppliers, and deliverables.
• Attend and support productions, shoots, activations, events, and other project requirements as needed.
• Ensure production requirements, schedules, logistics, and outputs are properly managed.

Team Coordination

• Act as the communication link between clients and creative, strategy, media, production, and external partners.
• Track priorities, feedback, approvals, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Identify risks or delays early and escalate where necessary.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and status updates.

Strategic & Quality Support

• Contribute relevant input to creative, strategy, media, and production discussions.
• Ensure deliverables meet client objectives, brand standards, agreed specifications, and agency quality expectations.

Collaboration & Agency Culture

• Work closely and professionally with colleagues across departments and partner teams.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and availability for office work, client meetings, productions, and other scheduled agency commitments.
• Support a collaborative, accountable, and positive agency culture.

• More than 4 years of experience working in an advertising or creative agency.
• A digital-first approach, with strong knowledge of TikTok and other social channels, content formats, and platform behaviour.
• Strong spoken and written English, with confident client and internal communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating projects from brief through production and final delivery.
• Able to manage timelines, scopes, budgets, approvals, and multiple project priorities accurately.
• Based in Yangon, Myanmar.
