Support the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new insurance agents.
Identify potential agents and expand the agency network within assigned areas.
Support agents in achieving assigned sales, premium, and productivity targets.
Monitor individual and team performance and follow up on sales activities.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with agents.
Provide information regarding insurance products, campaigns, procedures, and company updates.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve agent and customer-related issues.
Ensure agent activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, and other relevant teams when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or agency distribution is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong interest and potential in sales and insurance may also be considered.
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and agents.
