An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain accurate daily financial transactions including sales, receipts, invoices, and payments for both travel and overseas employment departments.

  • Prepare and review monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to ensure proper financial tracking and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor company budgets, control operational expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations to management.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, manage incoming/outgoing payments, and ensure timely settlements with airlines, suppliers, and overseas partners.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with local accounting standards, and assist with audits or financial inspections when required.
  • Prepare & Sumit a detailed Daily Report to the Accountant Manager covering income, expenses, bank transactions and cash balances

  • B.com or Any Graduated
  • LCCI Level 2 or 3 / ACCA are preferred.
  • 1 year Working Experience (Freshers are also welcome)

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Staying around Downtown are more preferable.
