  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain General Ledger accounts with accuracy
  • Manage daily cash and bank transactions
  • Close daily cash book balances and bank transaction updates
  • File Debit and Credit records (DR/CR) and review daily bank    statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and bank balances
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations
  • Prepare payment vouchers and receipts
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules
  • Review of invoices and accounting documents for completeness
  • Support audit and tax processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in GL, cash, and bank accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
