  1. Track the Production vs Dispatch, ensuring accuracy.
  2. Reconcile the inventory purchase, consumption, opening & closing stock (RM, Finished Goods & other store consumables items)
  3. Maintain inventory in that manner able to take physical count of stock at any time without delay.
  4. Maintain accurate cost record data of Raw Materials, Wages, Overheads.
  5. Coordinate with Factory manager to find the operation inefficacy & monitor the cost losses due operation inefficiency.
  6. Coordinate with all internal department to find out data from time to time for analysis related to expenses/cost.
  7. Can scrutinize all Ledger & Voucher related to expenses.
  8. Help to Prepare in Cost sheet/Product costing/Financial Statement.
