Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounting operations for F&B outlets and property management, including sales reconciliation, cost and inventory control, rental income, tenant accounts, and operating expenses. Ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective financial control across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

A. Daily Accounting Operations

• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile POS transactions, cash receipts, and bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, general ledger entries, and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

B. Food and Beverage Cost Control

• Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and stock variances.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
• Conduct regular stock counts and analyze food cost percentages and menu profitability.

C. Rental Income and Tenant Accounts

• Record rental income and maintain tenant accounts and rental schedules.
• Monitor rental collections, overdue payments, security deposits, and advance rental payments.
• Calculate rental adjustments and escalations in accordance with lease agreements.
• Maintain lease-related financial records and monitor lease expiry dates.

D. Financial Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and outlet-level profit and loss statements.
• Assist with monthly closing, budget-versus-actual analysis, and expense monitoring.
• Analyze revenue, operating costs, and profitability.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support financial planning.

• • B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in F&B, property management, or real estate.
  • Good knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience in sales reconciliation, inventory control, food and beverage cost analysis, rental income, and tenant account management.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
