*Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
*Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, invoices, and other supporting documents.
*Handle daily cash transactions, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
*Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including customer outstanding balances and supplier payments.
*Monitor sales transactions, customer collections, credit sales, and outstanding payments.
*Reconcile customer accounts, supplier accounts, cash balances, and bank balances regularly.
*Coordinate with the Sales Department to verify sales records, collections, returns, and related financial documents.
*Perform stock reconciliation by comparing physical stock records with system records and investigating discrepancies in coordination with the Warehouse and Sales Departments.
*Check inventory movements, stock transfers, sales returns, and damaged or expired products in accordance with company procedures.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for submission to the Head Office Finance Department.
*Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
*Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records and financial documents.
*Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
*Coordinate with the Head Office Finance Department and relevant departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
*Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

*LCCI Level II or above, or an equivalent accounting qualification, is preferred.
*Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
*Experience in a pharmaceutical, distribution, or trading company is highly preferred.
*Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash management, and bank reconciliation.
*Experience in stock reconciliation, inventory control, and sales transaction verification.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
*Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible.
*Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
*Willingness to work at the Mandalay Branch.
