This position will be responsible for...

  • Check all payments are in accordance with company policies, guideline
  • Prepare daily and weekly payments, deposits, bank transfer
  • Register and track all payment pending to ensure all payments are done within payment deadline
  • Assist petty cash payment, preparation of payment
  • Assist employee claims and advance to ensure within the deadline
  • Maintain proper recording and complete documentation relating payment matters
  • Assist internal, external statutory and tax audit (requested supporting documents)
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Assist budget preparation and BVA report preparation
  • Assist monthly, quarterly and year end closing
  • Support management reporting and other finance reporting
  • Handle withholding tax and other tax returns
  • Other tasks as assigned by the seniors

  • Over 4 years of experience in the related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is a must.
  • Business English is minatory.
  • Additional certification (CPA or ACCA) is a plus.
