• Manage office supplies and coordinate purchases.• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, electricians, and other service providers.• Handle office maintenance and facility management.• Manage company assets, inventory, and ID cards.• Support meeting arrangements and internal coordination.• Handle general administrative documentation and filing.• Support in processing company licenses, renewals, and legal documents.• Assist in arranging interview appointments, including contacting candidates and coordinating interview schedules.• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.• Support training coordination and maintain training records.• Assist in HR compliance matters (SSB, Employee Handbook) etc.• Perform other admin-related duties as assigned by management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin role.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
