A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office layout.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external vendors.
  • Manage maids and drivers schedules and tasks.
  • Organize and manage company vehicle schedules for employee and executive transportation, including communication with drivers and adjusting routes or timings as necessary.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handle office supply inventory and liaise with suppliers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with government agencies for tasks such as form C, car & motor cycle licenses extension process and other regulatory matters.
  • Support other departments with administrative needs as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar (written and spoken).
  • Ability to communicate with Thai is value added.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
