  • Monitor, purchase, and maintain office supplies and stationery.

  • Oversee office maintenance, cleaning services, and security arrangements.

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors and service providers.

  • Manage company vehicles, maintenance schedules, and driver arrangements.

  • Monitor office utilities such as electricity, internet, and telephone services.

  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.

  • Maintain proper filing systems for documents, contracts, and administrative records.

  • Handle license, permit, and government-related administrative matters when required.

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.

  • Track administrative expenses and prepare reports.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
