  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department.
  • Ensure the office is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and that all office equipment is functioning properly and well-maintained.
  • Review, verify, and approve administrative payments for the head office and branch offices.
  • Supervise and control inventory management of stationery, packing materials, and fixed assets.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate company policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines as required.
  • Coordinate and carry out administrative assignments directed by the Board of Directors (BOD).
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Manage procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoice-related issues with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, HACCP requirements, and HSE regulations.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve administrative efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • Ability to analyze administrative processes and align initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and asset management practices.
  • Must possess valid ISO, HACCP, and HSE certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, or managing SOPs.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
