Manage office, showroom, and factory administration
Ensure maintenance of premises, utilities, and infrastructure
Supervise housekeeping and support staff

Oversee CCTV and security systems
Coordinate with security agencies
Monitor access control to vaults and stock areas
Ensure insurance compliance requirements
3️⃣ Vendor & Contract Management
Manage AMCs and service contracts
Negotiate with vendors and service providers
Monitor vendor performance and payments (with accounts team)
4️⃣ Administrative Controls
Maintain documentation systems
Monitor gate pass and stock movement records
Coordinate internal audits and physical verification

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com preferred)
MBA (optional but advantageous)

Vendor negotiation skills
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP)
MS Office proficiency
