  1. Manage the full lifecycle of the company vehicle fleet, including allocation, maintenance, and replacement planning.
  2. Ensure all vehicles meet legal, insurance, registration, and safety compliance requirements.
  3. Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs to drive cost efficiency.
  4. Establish and enforce fleet policies, driver guidelines, and optimization strategies.
  5. Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and emergency support across all locations.
  6. Track and report fleet performance, utilization, and incident data.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all company assets.
  8. Implement asset tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management systems.
  9. Conduct regular physical verification and audits of assets.
  10. Investigate and report any asset loss, damage, or misuse.
  11. Oversee office cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene standards across all facilities.
  12. Supervise front office operations, including reception and visitor management.
  13. Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power, water, and generators.
  14. Develop SOPs, KPIs, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations, licenses, and internal controls.
  15. Lead security operations and control administrative costs across offices, farms, and operational sites.

  • 5+ years of experience in administration or office management

  • Budgeting and vendor management experience
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and office management systems
