Job Summary
The Admin Manager is responsible for leading all administrative operations of the factory to ensure smooth daily business activities, security, government compliance, employee welfare support, facility management, transport coordination, accommodation management, and internal services. The role supports production continuity by maintaining a disciplined, safe, organized, and legally compliant workplace.
Location - Dagon Seikkan Industrial Zone (2), Yangon.
Key Responsibilities
A. Administration Management
- Manage overall factory administration functions.
- Develop and implement admin policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Supervise admin team, reception, security, cleaners, drivers, canteen, and office support staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and factory support operations.
B. Facility & Building Management
- Manage office buildings, factory compound, warehouse offices, staff facilities, toilets, lighting, water systems, and repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance with engineering department.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, pest control, waste disposal, and factory appearance.
C. Security Management
- Oversee gate control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, guards scheduling, vehicle checking, emergency response.
- Prevent theft, misconduct, unauthorized access, and security risks.
- Investigate incidents and submit reports.
D. Government Compliance & External Relations
- Handle township authorities, fire department, environmental authorities, municipal offices, police, and local administration.
- Ensure licenses, permits, registrations, and certificates are valid and renewed on time.
- Support audits and inspections.
E. Transport & Fleet Management
- Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, insurance, licenses, and route planning.
- Control transport cost and vehicle utilization.
F. Employee Welfare Support
- Manage canteen, drinking water, uniforms, lockers, ferry.
- Resolve employee admin complaints.
G. Procurement Support (Non-production Items)
- Control purchasing requests for stationery, cleaning materials, uniforms, furniture, admin consumables.
- Manage vendor quotations and supplier coordination.
H. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Control monthly spending and reduce unnecessary costs.
- Monitor utility usage (water, electricity, fuel).
I. Team Leadership
- Lead and train admin department staff.
- Set KPI, evaluate performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
J. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain contracts, asset lists, admin records, vehicle logs, incident reports, licenses, permits.
- Submit weekly/monthly management reports.
