Responsibilities

  1. Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations such as internet assets, domains, phone lines, air conditioning, generators, printer and others office supply checks.
  3. Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
  4. Manage maintenance & repairs, renewal license, fuel cost control & purchase of office vehicles.
  5. Ensure all office area are clean, secure, cared for and well maintained.
  6. Perform in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary.
  7. Organize in-house/ external events, parties and office activities.
  8. Ensure that all office transportation is comfortable and safe.
  9. Organize the travel arrangements of office needs such as visa applications, hotel reservations and flight ticket purchases.
  10. Support operations by company car schedule planning, organizing, networking and implementing administrative systems.
  11. Supervise and manage receptionist, drivers and cleaners.
  12. Supervise in all of Admin concerned area.
  13. Report to Senior Management weekly & monthly.

  1. University Graduate , Higher degree holder in Administration or Management  
  2. 2-4 years working experience in Admin Management. Preferred to work at the media and advertising companies.
  3. Must have good communication skill
  4. Fluent in English for speaking and writing
  5. Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  6. Must be highly organized and able to tackle multiple tasks
  7. Able to take direction and complete tasks required with accuracy in a timely manner
  8. Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels.
  9. Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
