Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support business efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment in Yangon. This role ensures smooth office management, policy compliance, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping day-to-day activities organised
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual according to ISO standard
  • Resolving disputes between employees
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives
  • To support and influence change management to ensure internal HR Transformation.
  • To support the delivery for end to end HR Services and standardize processes across the Department.
  • To support and coordinate all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee’s exit from the organization and tracking status of full & final settlement.
  • To review and support Administration Section to manage the key deliverables including Procurement, Travel, Conveyance, Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Notices & Display Board, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Records Management, Event Management, Vendor Management.
  • According to the ISO Management System, Flow Charts and Guidelines must be strictly followed.
  • Depending on the business requirement, the management team must add tasks as needed.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
● Strong knowledge of office management, documentation, and administrative best practices.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business software tools.
● Experience in logistics, transport, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
