A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain administrative documents, letters, memoranda, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and maintaining meeting schedules.
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of documents for Monthly Management Meetings and other reporting requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and update administrative records and databases.
  • Assist in monitoring administrative expenses and preparing supporting documents for budget tracking.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, and off-boarding by preparing required documents and coordinating administrative arrangements.
  • Assist in administering employee welfare activities, medical claims, and other staff-related administrative matters.
  • Coordinate office supplies by monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment when necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating office maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and other
    workplace support services.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers on routine administrative
    matters and follow up on service requests.
  • Maintain vendor records, administrative files, and other related documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties and assignments as required by the supervisor.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Work Experience

  • Minimum (2) years of working experience in Administration, Office Management, or related functions.
  • Experience in office administration, document control, inventory management, procurement, coordination, or employee administration is preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize routine administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and maintaining documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Proficient in Myanmar and English typing.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new systems and work processes.

Working Condition

  • Require to work beyond normal office hours when necessary to support business   operations and organizational activities.
  • Require to travel locally within Myanmar for operational, administrative, or project- related assignments.
  • Seldom require to attend meetings, training programs, workshops, and company events outside normal working hours.

Key Interfaces

  • External Stakeholders: Vendors, Suppliers, Service Providers, Contractors, Government Authorities, and other External Parties as required to support business operations.
  • Internal Stakeholders: Senior Executive Management’s Office, Department Heads, Employees, and other Group of Companies (GoC) personnel as required to support business operations.

  • Timely and accurate completion of daily administrative tasks.
  • Accuracy and completeness of administrative documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Availability and proper management of office supplies and administrative inventory.
  • Timely support for meetings, appointments, and departmental administrative activities
  • Responsiveness in coordinating office maintenance and routine service requests.
  • Compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and documentation standards
