  • Assist the Relationship Managers in preparing the credit files
  • Assist Monitoring Team by ensuring data update and follow-up checks on the RMs.
  • Manage customers’ accounts and keep information updated
  • Prepare the meeting minutes 
  • Collect and check the required documents with regards to Account Opening and Loan Documents
  • Liaise with internal department to solve clients’ issues and to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • BU administrations.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.
