We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

• Designing building plans and layouts for various construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).
• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and delivering design solutions that meet those needs.
•  Overseeing and managing construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
•  Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs effectively.
•  Ensuring compliance with Myanmar’s building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project.
•  Conducting site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper execution.

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
•  Minimun 2–3 years of experience in construction project management or architectural design.
•  Proficiency in construction and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
•  Strong understanding of Myanmar’s building codes, construction methods, and safety standards.
•  Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
