Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team, responsible for designing architecture while managing construction documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver high-quality projects that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative designs for buildings design, including layouts, elevations, and construction details.
• Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Participate in client meetings and conduct site visits both locally and internationally to maintain strong client relationships
• Work with various departments and external vendors, including subcontractors and M&E consultants, to finalize approved designs.
• Conduct evaluations to assess local regulations, social, environmental, and economicimpacts, ensuring all projects comply with relevant standards.
• Manage exterior landscaping aspects of projects as necessary.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and permits in compliance with authorities.
• Select materials, and coordinate construction documentation to support project execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining company quality standards.
• Experience in exterior landscaping design is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of technical and structural aspects of building design.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Perform well under pressure, adaptable, and focused on results.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign is required, while familiarity with additional tools like 5D, Revit, or Enscape is a bonus.
