Role Purpose
To drive sales growth, customer relationship, and market share expansion by leading and supporting sales teams within assigned regions.
This role requires strong people leadership, communication skill, and the ability to manage and motivate teams across remote areas.

  • Lead and support Sales Representatives from branches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration in assigned areas
  • Monitor branch sales performance and provide coaching
  • Ensure execution of sales plans, promotions, and customer service standards
  • Coordinate with branches to quickly resolve market and customer issues
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Develop team discipline, motivation, and performance culture

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in Sales / Distribution field
  • Team leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and people management skills

  • Experience in automotive spare parts industry is an advantage
