• Develop and implement area-wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals.• Lead and manage a team of sales supervisor and sales representative as regional.• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories.• Handle distributor appointment, management, ROI calculation, and performance reviews.• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.• Must be able to manage the sales team well to achieve the target• Ensure dealer sales-in and stocks holding to be in line with monthly target allocated.• Meet targets on customer acquisition and product sales on monthly basis.
