To oversee and manage the company’s overall financial and accounting operations — including budgeting, cash flow, financial planning, reporting, and compliance — to ensure accurate records, sound financial management, and long-term business growth for the education service organization.

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expense, and profit performance across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to management.
• Conduct financial analysis for new projects, partnerships, or expansion plans.
• Implement cost control strategies and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits.
• Develop and enforce internal financial control systems.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in education or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
