• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.


Social Media Management


• Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure timely posting of content according to content calendars.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online reputation.


Content Coordination


• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to create engaging digital content.
• Ensure content quality and brand consistency across all platforms.
• Support influencer collaborations and online partnership campaigns.


Analytics & Reporting


• Track digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.


Website & E-commerce Support


• Assist in maintaining website updates and digital customer experience.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and online promotional activities.
• Monitor online traffic and customer engagement performance.

Team Coordination & Execution


• Coordinate with Sales, Brand, and Trade Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in daily operations and strategic execution.
• Manage communication with external agencies and media partners.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
• Suggest creative campaign ideas and new digital engagement strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Experience in content marketing and campaign coordination.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• FMCG industry experience is preferred.
