One of Our Business Units, K Global  Company Limited (MDS Myanmar, Lumos Myanmar)  is looking for a creative and result-oriented Assistant Marketing & Branding Manager to support our marketing and branding strategies. The role will focus on brand management, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, social media, content development, and promotional activities.

• Lead and manage overall Marketing & Branding activities from concept development to implementation.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the Marketing Team and team KPIs.
• Prepare and manage monthly Marketing Plans, Calendars, and Budgets for MDS & LUMOS.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and brand identity for MDS & LUMOS.
• Plan and manage social media content, campaigns, promotions, events, and pop-up activities.
• Review and approve final online and offline marketing content before publication.
• Lead photoshoot planning and execution, including concepts, creative direction, team assignment, and final results.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, campaign performance, and marketing expenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, KOLs, and other third parties.
• Act as the key communication and reporting person between the Marketing Team and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Branding, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Campaign Management.
• Good communication, coordination, presentation, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Myanmar.
