Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Operations & Excellence Establish standardized digital marketing processes, workflows, approval systems, and operating procedures.
Improve coordination between Digital Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, Video Production, Sales, Business Development, and Operations.
Campaign Management & Performance Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns.
Content & Creative Strategy Develop content strategies based on business objectives and customer insights.
Ensure content quality, consistency, brand alignment, and commercial effectiveness.
Use performance data to improve content direction and creative strategy.
Data, Analytics & Reporting Establish digital marketing dashboards and performance reporting systems.
Team Leadership & Performance Management.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, HR, and senior management.
Process Improvement & Innovation Continuously review marketing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5–8+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead position.
Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, performance marketing, and content operations.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, SEO, social media, analytics, and digital customer journeys.
Experience managing marketing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, budgets, reporting, and ROI.
Experience in developing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems is highly preferred.
Experience working across multiple brands or business units is an advantage.
