Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger controls.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare variance analysis and management presentations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
Support ERP accounting modules and reporting accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Ensure finance data integrity across systems.
Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams.
Support Supervisor with financial insights and analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent (completed or in progress) are highly desirable
Experience with ERP Systems (eg., SAP, Oracle, Mircrosoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Mircrosoft Excel
Strong proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
Knowledge of Compliance, Internal Controls, and Financial Regulations
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Financial Software, and Data Management tools
Strong Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills
Exceptional Organizational Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
