Strategic SCM Planning

• Team support in develop long-term strategies to align the company supply chain with corporate growth targets.
• Assist SCM team and operations processes to balance demand forecasts with capacity.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, and inventory turnover.

Sourcing & Procurement

• Vendor selection and maintain key strategic supplier relationships.
• Negotiate high-value contracts to secure favorable pricing, quality, and payment terms.
• Mitigate supply chain risks by developing robust backup sourcing plans.
• Contract negotiations: Able to understand the vendor / suppliers’ requirements & match with company process and finalize the contracts
• Understanding Purchase order process, raising in ERP systems, Invoice verifications

Logistics & Inventory Control

• Optimize distribution networks including warehousing, freight, and last-mile delivery.
• Manage inventory levels using MRP systems to reduce carrying costs while preventing stockouts. Warehouse management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with international trade, customs, and safety laws.

Process Excellence & Team Management

• Own the SCM process, delivering cost-saving initiatives across all logistics functions.

• Education: Graduate / certificate course in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
• Experience: 05 + years of progressive SCM experience.
• Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data tools ( MS office, Excel, Power BI).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, writing & understanding
