Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Assistant Manager OR Executive for Event & Activation to plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging brand activations and events for a leading Food & Beverage/Catering company in Yangon. This role supports marketing and creative campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute event and activation activities that support brand visibility and business goals.
● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth setup, timing, and delivery.
● Support event concepts, campaign ideas, on-site operations, and post-event reporting.
● Monitor event budgets, schedules, materials, and logistics to ensure efficiency and quality.
● Assist in promotional activities, customer engagement, and brand experience initiatives.
● Handle issues quickly during events and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
● 5 Year plus  Experience in event management, activation, marketing, or brand promotion.
● Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
● Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a hands-on attitude.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of presentation tools is an advantage.
● Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
● Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with teams and clients.
