Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and executive presentations.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.

Supply Chain Analysis

• Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Working closely with supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and assess the financial impact of operational changes.

Commercial Analysis

• Evaluate sales performance and customer profitability across channels and regions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to assess market trends, promotional effectiveness, and margin optimization.
• Provide financial support for new product launches, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.

Production and Costing Analysis

• Analyze production costs, yields, and efficiency metrics for each SKU to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to assess the financial impact of production changes.
• Monitor key production KPIs such as downtime, and waste, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Data & Systems

• Oversee data collection, validation, and integration from multiple departments for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools for real-time business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Communicate identified control deficiencies to management effectively
• Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
• Good attitude and able to accept feedback for improvements.

• Bachelor in business management, Finance and Accounting Field (Master degree is preferable), CPA / ACCA Graduate.
• 5-8 years of experience in a related field.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as SAP. Familiarity with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is a plus.
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Exceptional coaching skills, strong decision making and action planning skills. Professional, mature and able to focus and guide employees to ensure appropriate financial processes.
