Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Enrollment Target Achievement

Spearhead recruitment activities to actively identify and enroll new students, working decisively to achieve and exceed assigned student recruitment targets.

Monitor enrollment pipelines, track conversion rates, and prepare detailed recruitment reports for the Management team.

Educational Counseling & Client Relationship Management

Serve as a trusted advisor to parents and prospective students, clearly and persuasively explaining our educational programs, courses, fees, and admission policies.

Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries across all communication channels (Phone, Messenger, Email).

Provide high-touch support to prospective students, guiding them seamlessly from initial inquiry through the entire admission and enrollment process.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current students, parents, and alumni.

Brand Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with the Marketing Team to execute high-impact student recruitment campaigns, Open Houses, Education Fairs, and other promotional events.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient admission experience for every new student.

Maintain accurate, systematic, and up-to-date records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment data.

Who We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A proven track record in Student Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Education Consultancy, or Admissions is highly preferred. (Experience specifically within the education sector is a major plus!)

Sales & Results-Driven: You have strong follow-up skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a fierce drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Stellar Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both locally and in English). You can engage professionally, politely, and persuasively with students and parents.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/online communication tools, and familiar with leveraging social media platforms for outreach.

Problem Solver: You possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn continuously.

Team Player: Ability to thrive independently as a self-starter while also working highly effectively within a collaborative team environment.
