Develop, launch, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns focused on point accumulation, seasonal redemption drives, tier upgrades, and referral programs.
Oversee mechanics for interactive consumer campaigns, such as lucky draws, instant cashback/point events and merchant-specific reward offers.
Ensure all messaging across digital channels, partner outlets, and promotional collateral aligns with unified brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of clarity and professionalism.
Oversee creative outputs, campaign rules, terms & conditions, and promotional copy in both English and Burmese.
Direct the visual presentation and narrative framing for social media assets, in-app banners, push notifications, and print materials.
Channel Strategy & Growth: Oversee organic content strategies across Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to build audience trust, promote merchant partners, and educate users on point redemption benefits.
Maintain a structured content calendar synchronized with point promotions, partner deals, app updates, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure app store screenshots, feature descriptions, and website promotional pages accurately reflect active reward programs.
Support performance marketing initiatives across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads by building, launching, and continuously optimizing campaigns monitoring key efficiency metrics.
Act as the main liaison for creative agencies, production vendors, and merchant marketing contacts delivering clear briefs and tracking project execution.
Analyze multi-channel campaign results, point-redemption metrics, and audience engagement data to deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital communications, or campaign management.
Prior experience in consumer loyalty/rewards programs, fintech, mobile wallets, retail marketing, or e-commerce is highly advantageous.
Ad & Platform Mastery: Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Visual & Video Acumen: Eye for engaging visual design, short-form video pacing, and clear instructional copy.
Able to work closely with Product, Partnership, Business Development teams and cross funtion teams
