Job Description

Reporting to the Product Manager, this role holder is responsible for providing specialized support and expertise for specific products within a company's portfolio. He/she focus on understanding product features, market trends, and customer needs, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, systems requirements and preparing of business presentation slides.Actively seeking out new and innovative ways to serve the needs of the Banks customers. Interpret the findings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to businesses for informed decision-making and to identify market trends and opportunities through the utilization of a broad range of market analysis, quantitative research, business model innovation, usability testing, focus group, andcustomer experience strategy.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned product(s),including its features, capabilities, and value proposition. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to the product(s).
• Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies,roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides,manuals, and FAQs.
• Provide training to internal teams, including sales, support, andmarketing, on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Serve as a point of contact for product(s), providing technical assistance and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supportteam, marketing, and Call Center, to ensure alignment and successfulproduct execution.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes toensure product quality and stability.
• Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates,customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and provide insights tothe Product Manager.
• Availability to work outside of standard work hours when needed

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of working experience in banking industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at one time meet established deadlines
• Advanced user of MS office technologies: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
  etc.
