-Creating a schedule for production.
-Selecting equipment, maintaining and repairing it.
-Setting quality standards.
-Discussing budget expectations with clients.
-Ensuring health and safety of machinery and equipment .
-Overseeing team members while maximising efficiency.
-Reducing expense across product lines.
-Maintaining product quality as set by management .
-Collaborating with team. members to set and evaliate production goals.
-Determining ways to improve production effciency.
-Motivating,supporting and guiding team members.
-Control the budget and expense monthly in production department.
-Control lead time of production jobs.
-Control pending jobs.
-Control redo of delivery jobs.
-To lead and coach production team to achieve daily /weekly/monthly objectives.
-Diagnosing problem in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
-To support task hange planning, line rebalancing, trials and training activities.
-To build the effective customer relationship.
-To report daily activity to the GM. 

-BE/B-Tech/AGTI (Mechanicial) or Diploma in relative field.
-Minimum 3-5 years of Production experience in Heavy Machinery or Automotive field.
- Must be between (30) and (40) years of age.
-Proficient in MS office, excel,work and power point.
-Understanding KPI and Strategy Map knowledge.
-Understanding about machin and product manual knowledge.
-Understanding technical knowledge.
-Strong leadership skills.
-Able to travel if require.
