-Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.-Manage production planning, manpower, and workflow to meet production targets.-Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.-Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.-Prepare production reports and implement process improvements for better operational performance.-Ensure proper handling and production processes for FMCG products, especially liquor/beverage products.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) , Industrial Management, or a related field.-Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or production management.-Experience in liquor, beverage, or food manufacturing industry is preferred.-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.-Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations.-Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
