  1. Study and analyse , jointly determine the long term and annual inspection plans to ensure systematic inspections and achieve the goal.
  2. Lead the Production Support department and lead the Quality Management team according to the ISO Standards
  3. Workforce coordination and arrange the training program as the requirements.
  4. Follow up and analyze problems that occur in the work processes of each department  along with suggestion guidelines for improving and developing work processes to maximize efficiency.
  5. Consider , analyze and evaluate risks arising from the work processes of each department . Prepare a report summarizing the  results of each department according to the annual internal inspecting plan along with suggestions and guidelines for improving and developing work processes to be systematic and standardized in operation as well as creating maximum efficiency
  6. Give Advice and suggest ways to solve various problems of each department in a systematic way and consistent with company's poicy. 
  7. Follow up on the progress of improving the work processes of each deparmenet to ensure that various departments can develop work process that meet standards. ( including Lean management / 5s / Kaizen )
  8. Prepare reports for senior management on KPIs (e.g., output volume, downtime, cost savings , ISO , continuous Improvement).
